Can teachers start EOY testing NOW? Yes, you can. =-)
Assessment
IMPORTANTE- Math Data Collection
All math teachers are responsible for following the assessment windows on the PSP Assessment Calendar, as closely as possible. Teachers are to regularly progress monitor their students every 3 weeks. With the limited amount of time math teachers have at their sites, this serves as a quick check for progress. Everyone should be prepared for the 3rd progress monitoring period next week AND for any necessary data collection before winter break. Carefully review the UPDATED- Dec 2014 PSP Reference Guide for Math Assessments. Please use the Math Assessments table for reference and note directions for 1st semester on Page 4.
Benchmark 1 Testing Window Closing
The Title I, Private Schools Program anticipated for instruction to begin on September 15, 2014. If you are unable to complete all testing by the end of this week and require more time, please submit a REQUEST FOR BM1 EXTENSION.
If an extension is not submitted, we will assume that instruction has begun and that students are receiving Title I services at your site(s).
